Our Wedding Cakes have traditionally been made using a rich brandy-laced fruit cake which has been left to mature for several months. They are then covered with marzipan, coated with sugar paste and decorated.

We can also use sponge cake with layers of buttercream and strawberry preserve.
Chocolate sponge is also a favourite with layers of chocolate buttercream.
A combination of fruit and sponges can be used to ensure that everyone has their favourite.
